Injected Zipper - Fireproof: Meta-aramid based - Quick release system
Flame Retardant injected zipper has chain and small plastic parts made of PA66.
PA66 is a polyamide that has a very high fusion temperature point (>260°C) These zippers can have a meta-aramid based tape to ensure the best flame-retardant properties at their highest values. In alternative, they can have a permanent flame-retardant tape. The cheapest version has a flame-retardant treated polyester tape, whose flame-retardant properties are not permanent.
Sliders can be made of metal or PA66. For the open-end zipper, a quick release system is available to enable rapid removal of the garment in the event of an emergency.
Ideal for:
Workwear, Army, Frame Retardant, Curtains & Tarpaulins
