Injected
It has a POM / plastic material chain injected directly on a polyester tape. Thanks to its raw materials physical features, injected zipper has a very high mechanical resistance to stress, impacts and use.
Technical Characteristics
It shows very high performance even at low temperatures and it is also a very light zipper. The polyamide version allows the sliding even if the zipper is bent in any directions. Its standard version has a sportive and impressive look, close to military garments. The chain is rigid and tough and the shape of its teeth can be customized to match every style need. Flame retardant and waterproof injected zippers are also available. It mainly finds application in military, sportive, casual, fashion sectors as well as childrenswear. Technical applications include also tents, tarpaulins and upholstery sector.
